Further InformationFenton Community Partnership area corresponds to Dodworth Ward which incorporates Gilroyd, Low Barugh, Barugh, Barugh Green, Higham, Dodworth, Redbrook and part of Wilthorpe, Gawber and Darton.
The name 'Fenton' comes from a coal seam which runs under the area.
The partnership is still in its infancy and would welcome new members to assist in its growth as projects are now being developed throughout the area.
